Michigan State coach Tom Izzo writes in a text message to The Associated Press that he still hasn't made a decision about coaching the Cleveland Cavaliers. Izzo's text message was received late Friday morning. The longtime Spartans' coach flew to Cleveland on Thursday and visited with members of the Cavs' front office and coaching staff.
