Michael Phelps is turning the world swimming championships into kid's play. The American earned his third gold medal with another world record Wednesday night, producing the biggest time drop in the 200-meter butterfly in 48 years. "I feel like a 12-year-old, being able to drop more than a second off my best time," the 21-year-old superstar said.
