Make no mistake, Roy Williams really wants to win the Atlantic Coast Conference tournament. And, this just might be the year he gets it done. No. 8 North Carolina restored a sense of order to the ACC's showcase event Friday, beating Florida State 73-58 and moving Williams one step closer to adding about the only thing missing from his head coaching resume.
